All prices include free Wi-Fi, VAT & all fees and municipal taxes.

The number of guests refers to the maximum capacity of each apartment.

All children are welcome. For children under 2 years old, a baby cot is available upon request and free of charge. Children 10 years of age and older are considered adults at this property due to space limitations.

Advance payment: 20% of the total amount. The remaining amount will be charged against your arrival.

For cancellations:
 •       up to 20 days before arrival no charges apply.
 •       up to 7 days before arrival, 20% of the total will be charged amount.
 •       less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, will 100% of the total amount is charged.

Linen change and cleaning every 3-4 days.

Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Free parking.

According to the habit of the locals for midday siesta, quiet hours are considered from 15:00 to 18:00, as well as from 23:00 until 8:00.

Pets are not allowed.
